It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of a full passport with the correct validity for your destination. For more information see "How to Apply". The traveler is also responsible for ensuring that they are in possession of a required visa needed to enter or pass through all the countries listed on your itinerary. Visa requirements depend on the nationalities of those who are traveling. If you are traveling with a person of different citizenship you are advised to ensure that requirements for each person is checked. Visa requirements are subject to change at any time, so it is recommended that the traveler obtains up-to-date information from the Government website's foreign travel advice pages. If you need assistance with calculating the currency conversion rates, I recommend using a currency converter.

It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure that they are prepared for their upcoming flight and understand the federal regulations. It is recommended that the traveler obtains up-to-date information on the Transportation Security Administration website. The TSA website will provide the necessary information and policy's regarding air travel. Identification requirements for air travel are listed on the Security Screening page.

Some countries require proof of vaccinations for all travelers. Requirements are complex and subject to change on a regular basis so be sure to request the most up-to-date advice from your physician.Country-specific recommendations and requirements can be found on the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the U.S Department of State websites.

It is recommended that the travelers do some research on their selected destinations and any inherent risks involved in visiting these countries or in participating in any particular activities. It is highly recommended that you read the government travel advice for the countries that you are visiting.  I also recommend that you register your upcoming travels using the Smart Traveler Enrollment Program.

It is strongly recommended that all travelers are adequately insured, protecting them against unforeseen circumstances that could ruin your travel experience. Coverage should include medical expenses and repatriation in the event of an accident or illness. In addition, it is recommended that all travelers have coverage for their personal belongings, travel delays, personal liability, overseas legal expenses and cancellation. If travelers are participating in any adventurous activities, ensure that your policy covers these as well.
